Survilight Shipping Policy

1. Scope
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on survilight.com are processed, shipped, and delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree that this Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Where We Ship

Domestic / Core Markets – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

International – We ship to most other countries; eligible destinations appear at checkout. Local import restrictions may apply.
3. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. (survilight)

Purchases completed after 12:00 (CET) or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (sales, holidays) processing may take longer; any material delay will be communicated by e-mail.

5. Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping is offered.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A confirmation e-mail with your tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take up to 48 h to appear. (survilight)
7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

Orders shipped outside the U.S./EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay may result in destruction or return of the shipment; any fees incurred will be deducted from a refund, if issued.
8. Address Accuracy
Survilight cannot be held liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

A parcel is considered lost if no carrier scan is recorded for 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international).

Notify us at support@survilight.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Keep packaging and provide photos of external/internal damage to support any claim with the carrier.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events such as severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or extended customs inspections.
11. Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, we may ship available items first and back-order the remainder at no extra shipping charge. You will pay shipping only once per order.
